Audio: Srila Govinda Maharaj explains about Sri Damodar then sings 'Sri Sri Damodarastakam' followed by 'Sri Sri Radhika Stutih' and the Maha-mantra - Kirttans sung each morning during Karttik. A clear recording from two days ago at our Saint Petersburg Temple, with Russian translation of His Divine Grace's explanation. At the very beginning Srila Gurudev is mentioning that dama means ropes, and udara means the belly.
